SHIPPING POLICY

We supply mainly to the UK and EU countries. Orders outside of the EU  please apply for further information. The shipping cost is €6.50 nationwide (Ireland) and  €25 within Europe. Prime delivery is available with an extra €15 in which the couriers, to whom we entrust our shipments will generally deliver within 24/48 hours (72 hours in some particular cases). Please be aware although we endeavor to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. However, for Aeonium, we might have to dry it before sending it out, therefore, some deliveries will vary from days to weeks! In this special circumstances, we will notify you in advance to dismiss any disappointment. Our items are sold subject to availability.

The plants are shipped bare-rooted. Since plants are living beings, they are subjects to continuous changes, mainly changes in color, sizes, differences in the state of leaves and variagation (which may be or may not be present on the plant, depending on the season).

 

During the winter months, we try to water our plants as little as possible, so sometimes it might happen, that the plant seems to be dried out when arrived: do not be alarmed, potted them and wait a week before watering the plant, in order to let it adapt to new environmental conditions.
